As roupas de Elvis

Elvis gostava de roupas country, chapéus de pele (falsificada, ele era contra o uso de animais para roupas) e botas de couro de grife; cintos feitos com conchas; joggings esportivos e roupas de karatê; lenços de Hermes e “jumpsuits” com gabardine, feitos pelas pessoas que confeccionaram o famoso “jumpsuit” “Ice Capades”. Tinha também shorts para prática de esportes e fraques de colarinho (“tuxedo”), bem como pijamas da mais pura seda; cuecas tipo “samba-calção” e as de design padrão, comprados aos montes pelo próprio Presley nos arredores da Sears em Memphis. E existem vários trajes cujos estilos foram feitos pelo alfaiate Sy Devore, bem como roupas projetadas para Elvis pelo costureiro de Las Vegas, Sr Bill Belew – cujo estilo é o de quem jamais olharia para uma vitrine “Gucci”, por exemplo. Elvis' Favorite Foods

Elvis' environment while growing up did not expose him to gourmet cuisine. He ate simple, down-home, country cooking. As an adult he never acquired a taste for more elaborate fare. Some of his favorite foods were pork chops, meat loaf and steak. He liked his meats well done, saying he was "not ordering a pet." He liked fresh vegetables like crowder peas, creamed potatoes,
and sliced tomatoes. A favorite from his youth was a Southern delicacy he referred to as "soaks", which is cornbread in buttermilk. He also liked cheeseburgers and milkshakes. He did not care for seafood.

He had a fondness for banana pudding and another Southern delicacy - the peanut butter and banana sandwich. The recipe: It is quite simply a grilled sandwich similar to a grilled cheese in preparation. On lightly toasted bread spread peanut butter. Layer with lengthwise slices of banana. Then grill it in a skillet with butter or margarine until browned. These are best served when warm.

While a normal person would just take a medicine to sleep, he took two to four. Also he didn't smoke, a few times he was seen with cigarette or cigar in the mouth, most of the time, extinguished. And while he was still young, he took liqueur which he liked a lot. He ordered all he could find and he drank too much. He disliked the state of intoxicatation and the subsequent results. For that reason, he disliked drinking alcohol.
